At Niall O’Kane Optometrists, we recognise that measuring and fitting spectacles is a technical art (known as spectacle dispensing) and required years of training. All too often we hear of customer experiences at other opticians whereby they have been dealt with a retail assistant with minimal training and the customer often knows more about the lenses than the so-called professional!
